Mechanical, Drivetrain, Electronic: Our general and basic service rate is $85.00 per hour plus $21.25 for each additional 15 minute increment over 1 hour. This does not include the cost of parts. Some repairs are charged on a flat basis. Initially we will attempt to give an approximent quote over the phone. Once a Service Tech arrives at the jobsite, a more accurate cost of the repair(s) can be given at that time. Balance, Adjustment, Alignment: For one piece garage doors our general and basic service rate is $85.00 per hour plus $21.25 for each additional 15 minute increment over 1 hour. For sectional doors our rate is $95.00 per hour plus $23.75 for each additional 15 minute increment over 1 hour. This does not include the cost of parts. Initially we will attempt to give an approximent quote over the phone. Once a Service Tech arrives at the jobsite a more accurate cost of the repair(s) can be given at that time. Remove, Install, Haul-Away-Old-Materials: The average cost for a hardware replacement is $350.00. Prices start at $300.00 and go to $600.00. Cost entirely depends on what hardware and springs are needed for certain applications. A heavier garage door needs bigger, stronger equipment. We use quality Apex hardware and Holmes springs. Torsion Springs, One Piece Door Springs: For spring replacements on one piece garage doors, our labor charge is a flat rate of $85.00, plus springs. One piece springs price increments are: P728=$23.95, P528=$33.95, P328=$43.95, C128=$69.95 each plus tax. For spring replacements on sectional garage doors, our labor charge is a flat rate of $120.00, plus springs.
